3. Why we use your data
Service delivery: preparing offers, completing bookings and issuing documents.
Communication: answering you and informing you about booking status or changes.
Legal compliance: invoices and records required by law.
Security: fraud prevention and protecting the site and accounts.
Improvement: raising answer quality and service quality (aggregated or de-identified where possible).
4. Who we share it with
Suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport, insurers, visa processors) — only as needed to complete your booking.
Payment providers — to collect amounts and protect transactions.
Technical providers (hosting and email) — to operate the service.
Authorities — where a binding legal request exists.
We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
5. Where it is stored and for how long
Data is stored on servers of trusted service providers and may be located outside your country.
Booking data is kept as long as needed for the service and for accounting/legal obligations.
We delete or anonymise data no longer needed for its purpose.
6. Security
Admin panel passwords are stored hashed (PBKDF2-SHA256), never in plain text.
Sessions are cryptographically signed and expire automatically after inactivity.
Panel access is restricted to authorised users, and repeated failed attempts are temporarily blocked.
Regular backups and automated 24/7 health monitoring.
7. Your rights
Access your data and know what we hold.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data (subject to what we must keep by law).
Object to a specific use or withdraw earlier consent.

8. Cookies and local storage
Session cookie: essential for the agency team to log in; not used for advertising tracking.
Local storage: only to remember your preferred language.
We use no advertising or marketing trackers on the site.

Our services target people aged 18 or above. Bookings for children are made by and under the responsibility of a guardian.
10. International transfers
Because our partners and providers may be in different countries, your data may be transferred outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect it consistently with this policy.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will show the last-updated date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the published version.
